GOETIA's second EP, "Tomb Essence", marks a significant evolution in their occult-themed death metal style, taking it to new heights with a faster, heavier approach. The EP showcases strong thrash metal influences, alongside elements of black metal and even touches of stoner/doom. The closing track offers a real highlight, featuring an outstanding cover from Kreator's Pleasure to Kill era.

GOETIA from Washington DC, is an occult-themed death metal trio infused with thrash metal. The band features Demir Soyer (formerly of Genocide Pact) on guitar, Matt Scott (formerly of Perpetuated) on bass and vocals, and the powerhouse Nadia Tydings-Lynch on drums (also a member of Brain Tourniquet and Deliriant Nerve). Together, they delivery an intense, energetic sound.
